Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

01 / Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, customized products, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
