This Exchange and Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can return or exchange merchandise purchased from Flottant Studio (the “Site”).
Return and Exchange Period
We accept merchandise returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receiving your order. The 7-day period starts on the day after receipt of your order. During this cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the products and their associated packaging with care. These products must be in a condition that allows them to be sold again after returning.
How can I start a return or exchange process?
Exchange or return an online purchase
You have 7 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or return by sending an email to [email protected].
If you are unable to register your request, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by filling out this form.
Your request will be accepted within 24–48 hours, and you will receive all the instructions to follow by email.
Please note that personalized items can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect, and only after your request has been approved by our Customer Care team.
Exchange or return an in-store purchase
You have 7 days from the purchase date to request an exchange or return. Simply visit any of our official stores with the items and your purchase receipt, either printed or digital. Find our full list of stores through the following link.
