05 / Returns & Policy Changes

Return Period

We accept merchandise return and exchanges within 7 days upon receiving. During this cooling-off period, products and packaging must be handled with care. Items must be in a resalable condition.

Return Process

To report a return, email us at flottantstudio@outlook.com with the subject "Right of dissolution". Include order number, product description, your name and address. We respond within 24 hours on business days, after which you have 7 days to return the items.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
